Due to COVID and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please Note
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen on your doorstep or anywhere else on the property once it has been delivered. Tracking on your order is given and your responsibility to watch out for it.
